Prawn dumplings are pretty easy to make. Only one of them split in the water – the rest came out all sealed up and ready to dunk into soy sauce. I think these are more like scrunched up dim sum – folding an actual dumpling looked too tricky (for now). I ate these for the first time from the Chinese takeaway near my house, it’s called The Magic Wok but when you want to eat lots of dumplings, it would be really expensive so I thought I’d try making them myself!
