My grandma cooks the best Sri Lankan food so I thought I’d do a video with her! Here’s a quick and easy coconut flat bread that goes really well with Pol Sambol and fish curry. Curry leaves can be hard to find so we buy a large bunch and store them in the freezer. Ingredients below the video.

500g plain flour
200g freshly grated coconut
1 tsp salt
Chopped green chilli, red onion and curry leaves
Coconut oil to lightly grease the frying pan
200ml lukewarm water
