Here’s my first ever cookery video, chicken in panko breadcrumbs. It’s really easy to make and you’ll never want to eat shop-bought nuggets again. I put garlic powder in the flour to make it extra tasty. I make this about once a week for dinner. You can put breadcrumbs on lots of other things – fish, prawns and tofu for example. Ingredients below the video.

Chicken cut into strips (free-range is best!)
Panko breadcrumbs
3 eggs
Plain flour
Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to season
